For the second year, 7-Eleven is celebrating National Coffee Day a little early with CofFREE Day on Friday, Sept. 28. Get a free 20 oz. cup of coffee from participating locations between 6 a.m. and 10 a.m.
This one’s in the free “ish” category, but Tim Hortons is offering a buy-one-get-one free promotion on National Coffee Day. “Like” them on Facebook to get the coupon valid for Sept. 29.
This one’s for you East Coasters: McDonald’s is offering a free small Premium Roast McCafe coffee during the week of Sept. 23-29. Call ahead to ensure your location is participating.
Though not officially part of the National Coffee Day promotion, any deal from Starbucks is worth mentioning. Buy four drinks and get the fifth one free during the Starbucks Runner Reward program through Nov. 12.
Like Starbucks, the Spiced Pumpkin Latte promotion from Dunkin’ Donuts is not directly affiliated with National Coffee Day. Through Sept. 30, you can get a 10 oz. hot latte or 16 oz. iced latte in the festive flavor for just 99 cents.
Einstein Bros. is celebrating National Coffee Day with week-long deals, including a buy-one-get-one free promotion of its Pumpkin Latte on Saturday, Sept. 29.
With over 1,500 locations in the southeastern U.S., the National Coffee Day offer from Kangaroo Express convenience stores will have you jumping for joy. Get a 12 oz. customizable Bean Street Coffee for just one penny between 8 a.m. and noon on Saturday, Sept. 29.

The Sunset Blvd. location of The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf in West Hollywood, Calif. is offering a free CBTL Kaldi machine during their Trade Up Your Cup event on Saturday, Sept. 29. The first 2,500 customers who trade in their old, electrical coffee maker between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. will receive a Kaldi machine — valued at $179.95 — in exchange.
