Get Free Coffee on National Coffee Day

Perk up, coffee drinkers! Saturday, Sept. 29 is National Coffee Day, and some of the most popular cafes and restaurants are offering free coffee in celebration. Check out the following list to get your fix for free!

1. Caribou Coffee
   Get a small cup of Amy’s Blend coffee for free on Saturday, Sept. 29. Amy’s Blend is produced in honor of Amy Erickson, a former “roastmaster” for Caribou Coffee who lost her battle with breast cancer at just 33 years old.
2. Krispy Kreme
   Receive a 12 oz. cup of coffee from Krispy Kreme on Sept. 29. Additionally, you can enter to win free coffee for a year in celebration of Krispy Kreme’s 75th anniversary, and be one of 75 winners. Click here for more details about the sweepstakes.

   

3. 7-Eleven
   For the second year, 7-Eleven is celebrating National Coffee Day a little early with CofFREE Day on Friday, Sept. 28. Get a free 20 oz. cup of coffee from participating locations between 6 a.m. and 10 a.m.
4. Tim Hortons
   This one’s in the free “ish” category, but Tim Hortons is offering a buy-one-get-one free promotion on National Coffee Day. “Like” them on Facebook to get the coupon valid for Sept. 29.

   

5. McDonald’s
   This one’s for you East Coasters: McDonald’s is offering a free small Premium Roast McCafe coffee during the week of Sept. 23-29. Call ahead to ensure your location is participating.
6. Starbucks
   Though not officially part of the National Coffee Day promotion, any deal from Starbucks is worth mentioning. Buy four drinks and get the fifth one free during the Starbucks Runner Reward program through Nov. 12.

   

7. Dunkin’ Donuts
   Like Starbucks, the Spiced Pumpkin Latte promotion from Dunkin’ Donuts is not directly affiliated with National Coffee Day. Through Sept. 30, you can get a 10 oz. hot latte or 16 oz. iced latte in the festive flavor for just 99 cents.
8. Einstein Bros.
   Einstein Bros. is celebrating National Coffee Day with week-long deals, including a buy-one-get-one free promotion of its Pumpkin Latte on Saturday, Sept. 29.

   

9. Kangaroo Express
   With over 1,500 locations in the southeastern U.S., the National Coffee Day offer from Kangaroo Express convenience stores will have you jumping for joy. Get a 12 oz. customizable Bean Street Coffee for just one penny between 8 a.m. and noon on Saturday, Sept. 29.
10. The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf
    The Sunset Blvd. location of The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf in West Hollywood, Calif. is offering a free CBTL Kaldi machine during their Trade Up Your Cup event on Saturday, Sept. 29. The first 2,500 customers who trade in their old, electrical coffee maker between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. will receive a Kaldi machine — valued at $179.95 — in exchange.
11. Dutch Bros.
    All three locations of Dutch Bros. Coffee in Colorado Springs will be giving away free coffee and free energy drinks all day on Saturday, Sept. 29. You can also get $1 off any coffee drink on that day at Dutch Bros.’ eight locations in central Oregon.
