I love this product! It states clearly to send back the bottles even if they are empty. As soon as I received it I transfered it to my own bottles and sent the stuff back, in there box. So for about $10.00 (shipping back & forth)
I got a great product. No problem, order was cancled!

I was charged the $98, but i called and they gave me half back. I never agreed to have them charge my card EXCEPT for the shipping charges and i threatened to charge them with identity theft, falsification, and fraud…So we came to an agreement for the return of half

If you read the ad it says that you will be charged for shipping and, if you don’t contact Kronos w/in 30 days you will be charged the full price. I called before my 30 days and received a 90 day extention. I love the product and the c/s reps were helpful.

ElynnKY did your plan work? I have been looking everywhere for samples of this and this is the best I found. Did you sending back the empty bottles save you from being charged the 98?

I received my free trial shampoo and other products yesterday in the mail, and because of the size of the products wondered what was going on. I would expect free samples to be much smaller. So this morning I decided to look into it and sure enough, underneath the billing info on my order confirmation, it says 30 day free trial, which is not the same as a free sample. If I don’t return the products within 30 days I will be charged $98. They will ship more of the same product automatically every two months for the same price. Since it says the bottles can be returned empty, I am going to empty the contents into different bottles and send the empty ones back, which will save on shipping because it will weigh less. I can at least get something for the money I paid for shipping.

guess what, to send them back I do have to pay…deceiving advertising! Some of the products are ok but not worth $98.

This company sucks! The fact that the products must be returned within 30 days should be in bold print on the website and on the invoice. I didn’t get an invoice with my “free” samples thus I got the surprise this morning when I checked my bank account and called the company. $98.50 is too much for shampoo and conditioner! I asked the CSR for any company recommendations for this product to warrant the $98.50 and she could not provide even one.

This is absolutely nothing but a scam! I fell for it too, because they said NOTHING about having to return the product to keep from being charged again until the paperwork arrived. This has to be illegal.

I got involved in this scam. I paid the $4.95 for the so-called free samples of Kronos shampoo, conditioner and two other Kronos products. When I got the stuff, I made the mistake of not looking at the paperwork and all of a sudden there was a $98.50 charge on my credit card.

Its not free!!! You will be charged the 9.95 for shipping and then if you do not cancel within 30 days you will be charged 98.00 on the credit card you have to provide, for the package!!
